#1 Let’s begin with something about yourself?

I live in Delhi and been married for about 13 years. I love shopping and having a collection of clothes 🙂

Catching up with friends over weekends helps me to revitalise.

#3 Who clicks your best pictures? And when he isn’t around, how do you manage to click your photos?

My husband clicks my best pictures.

When he isn’t around, its either my friends or my son whom I ask to click my pictures.

#4 What is the difference that you see in your pictures, clicked by your husband and others?

My husband knows what my best facial profiles are. For instance, he knows that my side pose looks the best, hence clicks many of my candid pictures in my side pose.

On the other hand, when others click my photos they are either blurred or just not fit enough for me to post it on any social media.

#5 Do you like taking selfies? Which are your favourite selfie poses?

I do not prefer taking selfies. I think my selfies do n0t look good.

But whenever I do click a selfie, I generally hold the phone in my right hand, slightly at the top and click click!

Also I take mirror selfies when I need to see how a particular outfit or any accessory is looking on me.

#6 What are the problems in a selfie pose vs someone else clicking?

I think the front camera of any phone is not as strong as the back camera, hence the photo quality isn’t good at all.

Moreover the face of the person taking the selfie or the one standing in the front, appears bigger or larger than normal.

#7 Do you believe that group pictures are all about capturing moments / creating memories with friends/family?

Yes! Group pictures are the best memories. Having all your loved ones in one frame makes the photo complete. None of us would ever want to miss being in the group photo.

#8 Any challenges that you face for a group photo?

The biggest and only challenge is identifying the person, who is going to click the picture. All wish to be in the frame rather than being behind the camera.

#9 Do you feel awkward to ask a stranger to click your picture? Are you happy with the photos clicked by strangers?

Yes, I do feel weird asking strangers to click my pictures.

First of all I would not be sure if the stranger is comfortable in clicking my photo. Secondly, even after requesting the stranger with a lot of apprehension, the photo doesn’t come out as desired, it would be quite disheartening.

Not all are good photographers. Strangers click photos because they are asked to click. Either the photo has a good background view but your face view getting distorted or the vice-versa.

#10 Have you ever travelled solo? And if not, do you want to ever try it?

I haven’t travelled solo yet. I don’t think I would enjoy solo trips. But I definitely love and thoroughly enjoy solo shopping 🙂

#11 Think for a moment, you are on a solo trip and no one with you to click your pictures. How will you handle this?

In my case while I go shopping alone, I do need to take pics of myself while trying on various outfits, to decide which one suits me best. At such times I either take mirror selfies or have to request the saleslady to click my photo.

#12 How frequently do you change your phone and what do you do with the old phone?

The lifespan of my phone is about 2-2.5 years. My old phone is either kept at home as a spare phone (incase of emergencies) or I pass it on to someone at home.
