Travelling Solo and don’t know how to click your own pictures; Our today’s Fotoshoto Fresh Face, Vaishali Jain will give us some methods on how to Click Pictures On a Solo Trip.
#1 Let’s begin with something about yourself.
My name is Vaishali Jain. Based in Bengaluru (as of now), I work at Amazon. I like to catch up with new people and going out with friends.
#2 Let’s have some rapid-fire questions before we move ahead.
Instagram or Facebook?
Which is your favourite fashion brand?
I am not the one having profound knowledge of brands. I buy whatever I feel good-looking on myself, irrespective of the brand.
Who is your fashion icon?
New clothes or new phone?
Online shopping or shopping in a store?
Shopping in a store.
Black or white?
Favourite photo editor app?
#3 Who clicks your best pictures? And when they aren’t around, how do you manage to click your photos?
There is no one specific. I normally get clicked only with my friends, all of them click me well.
#4 What is the difference that you see in your pictures, clicked by your favourite one and others?
Generally, others do not bother how your picture is coming out. My friends always click best pictures.
#5 Which are your favourite selfie poses?
I don’t like taking selfies.
#6 What are the problems in a selfie pose vs someone else clicking?
One can’t try out various poses in a selfie.
#7 Can you share your ideas on tips to click pictures on a Solo trip
At times I carry a tripod and click pictures.
I also use the Selfie timer on the Mobile phone.
There are lot of people u get to see during travelling. With a little awkward feeling I do ask a few strangers to click my pictures.
Selfie Stick is another option I used for a while. The only problem in that is your arm can be seen at times while the photo is being clicked.
#8 What do you like to do in your free time?
I like listening to music and talking with friends.
#9 Two things you wouldn’t change about yourself?
Being practical and straightforward.
#10 How frequently do you change your phone and what do you do with the old phone?
There is nothing fixed in terms of years. I change my phone only when it starts to bother me in one way or another. As most of the times, some problem is the reason for me changing phone, I either dispose of the old one or get it repaired so that someone else in my family can use it.
